This Friday, February 21, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, extended the invitation to ministers and all State officials in general to join the days of care for homeless people in the country.
“Everyone has to be present at these days (of comprehensive care for people in street situations), I invite them to join,” she said during her podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña with the deputy to the National Assembly, Tania Díaz.
In this regard, he pointed out that everyone must join, governors, mayors, ministers and ministers. “Oh, here we have a person in such a state, well pick it up, you're not going to wait for us to pick it up, that's your job okay, you're not going to wait for them to pick it up from Caracas. What are you doing to pick them up, attend to them and talk to them?” , he said that since the beginning of the conference he has been called by government officials from the states to attend to people in street situations.
He also questioned those who hold public office and act as officials of the governments of the Fourth Republic.
“It seems that being a minister is that you broke into an office; forgive me, those were the ministers of the Fourth Republic, that they had no contact either with the People or with the people who worked with them or with anyone (...) that's terrible and there are still people who interpret it that way,” he said.
