Cabello to the country's governors: We will form peasant militias without delay

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, called on the governors of the different states of the country to establish without delay the peasant militias in their territories, in compliance with the order given by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

During the Swearing in of the peasant brigades in Carayaca, La Guaira state, Cabello highlighted the importance of the organization of these fighters for the comprehensive defense of our Homeland, against any foreign aggression.

“The peasant militias have a symbol in their hand (a machete), the symbol of the workers, of the peasants. They know perfectly well what to do with that instrument when they are working in the fields, but they also know that at the time of La Chiquita it is an instrument to defend our Homeland,” he stressed.
