Revolutionaries and revolutionaries are obliged to act and not close their eyes to cases of low-income boys and girls, in order to address their situation, as stated by the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Wednesday, October 23, at the Mountain Barracks, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 500.

He argued that “we cannot play crazy if we see them on the street, let the opposition say what they want, that's what they are there for: to lie. We are here to fight with those who don't have it.”

“Let the opposition close their eyes, the country and these children know that they cannot count on them, but on us they do have to count on us. In those cases, you don't have to drain the lump,” he emphasized.

In that regard, he stated that this is an everyday task, which Commander Hugo Chávez entrusted, “there can be no children in the street”.

For this reason, he reported that he asked the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to hand over this task to the Youth in the Red Awning, the JPSUV and issued the instruction that “the youth of the Revolution take charge of this task of looking for them (the children) to care for them”.

He stressed that Anahi Arizmendi was recently appointed as president of the National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (IDENA), before which he proposed that the JPSUV “make a team work with Anahi to care for girls and boys.”

Cabello also stated that “we need boys and girls to feel that being a cop is extraordinary and for the people to feel that the police belong to them.”
