The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized this Monday, January 26 , that, 24 days after the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores, the people are still on the streets demanding their release.

“24 days later, we are still on the street demanding, asking for support from the entire world to achieve and achieve the release of our President and comrade Cilia Flores,” he said at a PSUV press conference.

He recalled that on January 3, not only did the vile kidnapping of the Head of State and the First Lady take place, but that “our people suffered a devious attack in the early hours of the morning, with murdered people who were sleeping in their house who had nothing to do with any conflict.”

He also reaffirmed that the PSUV will continue to be deployed throughout the country with various activities; and many next February, which comes loaded with a lot of national dates. “Our Rebel February,” he said, noting that the commemoration begins with the birth of Ezequiel Zamora and continues with the anniversary of the inauguration of Commander Hugo Chávez.
