The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reiterated that in Venezuela there is an ongoing investigation regarding foreign funding for NGOs, which could also serve the Government of the United States (USA) in the midst of the USAID corruption scheme.

During a press conference, at which he unveiled new terrorist plans by the extreme right, Cabello pointed out that the opposition leaders do not assume responsibility for the money they have received to carry out their actions against the country. “This is how they are with the issue of NGOs. 'No, that's someone else's responsibility. ' 'We stole 32 billion dollars, but no, we haven't enjoyed any of that. ' 'No, we haven't touched that money'. They have mansions, cars, hotels, well, they have some luxuries in the world, an organized gang of mobsters that operate in the world,” he criticized.

In this regard, he reiterated that “we have a very advanced investigation on this issue of funding, which I am almost sure will serve even the Government of the United States, for clarity, because since they acted thinking about impunity whenever no one went to review them, that the money that came to them was by work and grace, that the gringos were going to give him money all his life and would not ask him to account. We are conducting a well-advanced investigation and all these people are part of this, of the terrorist acts against their own country.”
