The candidate for re-election for the position of deputy to the National Assembly (AN) for the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB), Pedro Infante, highlighted the wide participation of the Venezuelan people and the “impeccable” organization of the electoral process.

“We have seen great participation, a lot of joy and awareness in our people when making decisions about those who will govern in their regions and who will lead the Legislative Power in the coming years,” said the candidate after exercising his right to vote from the Napoleon Baute electoral center in Petare.

He congratulated the National Electoral Council (CNE), all the board members and coordinators of voting centers for the impeccable deployment of the process, highlighting the installation of 99.9% of the polling stations. “The entire country is exercising their right to vote in an organized manner, even in the most remote places, where citizens have come on boats to fulfill this democratic duty,” he added.

Infante also highlighted the presence of more than 40 international observer delegates, who have come to learn about the Venezuelan electoral process and observe the exercise of democracy in the country.

He invited the population to go to the polls with peace of mind, assuring that the system is fast and simple. “It's extremely easy to vote, the process is streamlined and accessible to everyone.”
