The Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) activated its Aba Ultra fiber optic service to more than 600 users in the 23 de Enero parish in Caracas.

The service was also activated to businesses and public institutions in the Monte Piedad sector.

The activation of the state-of-the-art network guarantees users high-speed connectivity, in addition to the offer of complementary services such as Aba TV GO (streaming television) and IP Telephony, CANTV press review.

The deployment was attended by the president of CANTV, Iván Rafael Hernández Dala, together with his management team and managers.

During the deployment, the president pointed out that the 23 de Enero parish, “combative and leading”, has the CANTV Blue Force.

As part of the day, the state company held a meeting with the People's Power, giving certificates to spokespersons of the Technical Telecommunications Board “13 de Abril Chávez Pueblo Rebelde” for their active participation in the training workshops given by CANTV.

Additionally, the Ultra Zone was inaugurated in Plaza 4F in La Planicie, this new public space offers free high-speed Internet to residents of January 23, who can connect to Wi-Fi by scanning a QR code.

These actions are linked to the National Plan for the expansion of CANTV, which seeks to guarantee the right to telecommunications and the digital inclusion of the popular sectors of the capital city through technological modernization.
