CANTV guaranteed services to nearly 27,000 subscribers in Bolívar state

During the first quarter of 2025, CANTV guaranteed telecommunications services to nearly 27,000 subscribers, including households, businesses and public institutions in the state of Bolívar.

Among the tasks carried out were the repair of networks affected by deterioration and acts of vandalism, replacement of different network components and the maintenance of equipment. In the same way, new fixed telephone services and traditional ABA were installed.

In addition, according to a press release, regarding technological modernization, the company's multidisciplinary team connected more than 750 new subscribers with fiber optics, through the Aba Ultra service, which also offers telephony and streaming television with ABA TV GO.

The fiber optic service was delivered in various areas of Alta Vista, Caroní municipality, including the Alférez, Caura, Arivana, Latina, Continental, Guayana, Los Raudales, Yaguar, Rio Chico, Rio Grande, Los Samanes, Vila Verde and Valeria Suites residences, as well as in the Doña Emilia and La Querencia housing estates.

Additionally, in the Bolivarian Angostura municipality, families were served in the areas of Proforma, Lomas del Viento and Prolongación.

In the legal segment, more than 200 of the entity's businesses and public institutions that provide care to the population were connected. Among them are the foundations: Armonía, Social Bolívar, Mundo Sonrisa and Sala Arte Sidor, all located in the Caroní municipality. While the Bolivarian municipality of Angostura, was connected to Corpoelec in the town of Guri.
