CANTV recovered services to 600 users in San Juan de los Morros

Specialized CANTV personnel in the state of Guárico carried out a special approach in San Juan de los Morros, Juan Germán Roscio municipality, with which fixed telephone and Internet services were restored and optimized to more than 600 residential, commercial and public institution subscribers in different sectors.

The work carried out included the corrective maintenance and adaptation of underground networks in the vicinity of Plaza Bolívar in San Juan de los Morros, as well as the reconstruction of junctions affected by humidity.

According to a press release from the telephone company, among the sectors benefiting from these maneuvers are: La Zamora, Puerta Negra, Brisas del Valle, Puerto Rico, Casco Central, José Félix Ribas and Santa Rosa.

The actions were part of the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan implemented by CANTV at the national level and provided answers to reports generated from the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.
