CANTV restores telecommunications services to families in Trujillo

Workers from the National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) restored telecommunications services to 80 families in the La Horqueta sector, Campo Alegre parish in the municipality of San Rafael, Trujillo state.

As reported by the state telephone company, the faults were reported through the VenApp application of the 1×10 of Good Governance, a tool promoted by the Bolivarian Government to meet the requests of the Venezuelan people.

The restoration of connectivity services was carried out through technical tasks that included the replacement of local cables and the reconstruction of junctions, affected by deterioration.

During the last few days, CANTV also worked in Portuguesa where it restored telecommunications to 200 families in the Turén Linda sector, in the municipality of Turén. In addition, in the state of Bolívar, crews carried out corrective maintenance work to restore services to subscribers in the municipalities of Caroní and Piar, to benefit 14 communities.
