CANTV restores telephone and Internet services to more than 10,800 users in Táchira

Between January and July 2026, the technical crews of the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) dealt with incidents in the telecommunications networks of the state of Táchira, allowing the restoration of telephone and Internet services to 10,860 subscribers.

The preventive and corrective maintenance work benefited families, businesses and institutions in various municipalities of the Andean entity, including San Cristóbal, Andrés Bello, Bolívar and Capacho Nuevo, the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT) reported on its website.

Aura Flores, a user from the Andrés Bello municipality, thanked the attention received in the Llano La Cruz sector, in the upper part.

“Once again I have my telephone and Internet services up and running. The CANTV crews have been working in this community and I am pleased that my report has already been resolved,” she said.

In addition, Luz Contreras, a beneficiary user on Carabobo Avenue in San Cristóbal, highlighted the attention of her report made through the VenApp.

“I made my report through VenApp and it has already been taken care of. Thanks to this solution, I have operational services, which makes it easier for me to serve customers in the store,” he said.

With these days, CANTV continues to respond to community reports and carry out network maintenance and recovery tasks to ensure the continuity of telecommunications services in Táchira.
