This Sunday, November 23, the People of Carabobo came out to exercise their right to vote as part of the development of the fourth National Popular Consultation 2025, a process in which organized communities directly decide on projects to improve their communities.
In the Guacara municipality, Carabobo state, the inhabitants of the Camino a la Victoria commune, community spokespersons, explained that, thanks to the cycle of previous meetings, the community was able to identify its most urgent needs and transform them into projects that are now subject to consultation.
They also emphasized that this mechanism demonstrates the participatory nature of the model of full democracy promoted by the Bolivarian Government.
Similarly, in the state's Bejuma municipality, residents have also flocked to the voting centers to choose in a sovereign manner the projects that will be implemented in their communities.
Residents of the community stressed that this day makes it possible to strengthen citizen participation and consolidate initiatives aimed at improving their quality of life.
This day, which is taking place with total peace and normality, reaffirms the commitment of the Carabobeño people to planning and self-government processes.
