Caracas mobilizes for the activation of the ODDI for the comprehensive defense of the nation

This Wednesday, the People of Caracas joined the massive mobilization in support of the activation of the Management Bodies for Integral Defense (LODDI) in the Venezuelan capital.

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez; the head of government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández; the commander of REDI Capital, MG. Dilio Díaz; the deputy Nicolás Maduro Guerra, led the mobilization in a perfect popular-military-police fusion.

In the capital, the 299 Community Militia Units are active to prepare for the different exercises of the parishes that join the activation of the Management Bodies for Integral Defense (ODDI) on October 15, as part of Plan Independence 200, as reported by the mayor of Caracas.
