This Thursday, November 27, as established by the schedule of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), the process of forming the Commands of Integral Bolivarian Communities (CCBI) began in Caracas, with an assembly, from La Rinconada, accompanied by the party's national leader, Héctor Rodríguez

During the activity, Rodríguez explained to all the chiefs and chiefs of the Bolivar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCH), that after having fulfilled the creation of the Bolivarian Integral Base Committees (CBBI), it is now up to the task of grouping all these teams by community.

He explained that in Caracas there are 2,652 communities, and that each head of UBCH is responsible for managing about three assemblies on average.

He highlighted the good performance of Caracas in the committee phase, which is why he predicted success in this new phase. “They did very well. In a short time we reorganized and opened up our database, surely there will be streets that have yet to be defined, we will continue to characterize, to attend to order in the process. The important thing is that in each street there is a responsible team, that there is no stretch of territory in which there is no one on our team,” he stressed.

For her part, the political leader of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, also congratulated the community teams for the work done on all the streets of the city.

“With the awareness, as always, of all our militancy, of the rank-and-file leaders of our party, and with the leaders of the political teams, one hundred percent of the task was accomplished,” he said.

He explained to the teams that at this time it is only up to the heads of UBCH to hold the assemblies in each of their linked communities, so “from now on” they must do their programming for the local assemblies to begin.

He also recalled that “there is no line” in this process and the bosses of UBCH must be allowed to work freely. “The political teams are committed to this work, and they will accompany it,” he said.
