The Aquiles Nazoa
Cultural House extended the invitation to the entire town to
enjoy the program that includes music, magic, theater and
recreational activities for this weekend.
Saturday, July 19, will kick off at 2:00 p.m., with a vibrant tribute to the
iconic Dominican singer Rubby Pérez, by the talented Amanauk
Typical Youth Orchestra of the state of Lara, under the direction of Jean Figueredo. The
repertoire promises a musical journey that will include both Pérez's most
emblematic hits and pieces representative of Venezuelan music.
Later, at 3:30 p.m., the Magnum City Choir, directed by Douglas
Saldivia, will take the stage to delight those present with a repertoire of Latin American music, in celebration
of the National Day of Choral Singing.
As part of the experience, an interactive dynamic has been prepared that
will invite the public to join and perform fragments of musical pieces.
Sunday, July 20, will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a practical workshop
on making ecological pencils, guided by Hanoi Amarú, an excellent
opportunity for adults and children to explore their creativity in a sustainable way.
Later, at 11:00 a.m., the group from the theater workshop of the Casona Cultural Aquiles Nazoa VIV @FELIZ will take the stage to present their play “Victorious or Defeated. Always in love.” This original piece by Juliana Key and Milagros Martínez promises to captivate and entertain all attendees.
