This weekend, the Aquiles Nazoa Cultural House opened its doors to receive a segment of the sixth episode of the Viva Venezuela World Festival, My Beloved Homeland, which was held in homage to the states of Apure, Barinas, Portuguesa and Guárico.
In this regard, the teacher Asdrubal José “Cheo” Hurtado stressed that he arrived at the cultural center to enjoy the band of Pedrito Castro; the four of Henry Ramírez and the “extraordinary copleros, who are references of Venezuela, of the plain, of the copla, of that response on the part of copleros, improvisers or sudden”.
“I think we should congratulate the festival organizers because it has undoubtedly been an achievement and it is not wasted. Everything that has been programmed deserves to be done in every corner of Venezuela, to carry our music to maintain our identity and our Venezuelanism over time and especially among our youth,” he stressed.
In addition, the singer thanked him for the opportunity provided to participate in this activity and highlighted the importance of idiosyncrasy and national identity in the sixth episode of the Viva Venezuela World Festival, which continues to tour the country.
During the day, Eimer Escalona (Pollo Moroturo) performed, together with Antonio González (Burrote de Guárico) in a Flat Counterpoint. Santiago Rojas arrived from Guárico state, known as “El Turpial de Guardatinajas”, who gave the public an exceptional presentation that vibrated in every corner of the sixth episode of the Viva Venezuela World Festival.
There was also the presentation of Los Diablos Danzantes de San Rafael de Orituco and the instrumental performance of the Guayabal group.
