The Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, held a meeting this Tuesday with institutions, social and political movements that promote solidarity with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Through his social networks, the Venezuelan Foreign Minister stressed that the meeting was held for the purpose of “reviewing joint projects that focus on the defense of our national sovereignty and the consolidation of Popular Power.”

He noted that, in addition, they highlighted the progress made in strengthening international solidarity to face the aggressions of fascist sectors. “Today we have managed to break the siege that the local right and its allies were trying to impose on us,” emphasized the diplomat.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and the Simon Bolivar Institute for Peace and Solidarity among Peoples.
