The President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, and his counterpart from the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, deepened their bilateral alliance during a high-level meeting in Beijing. Both authorities signed more than twenty institutional agreements to definitively consolidate strategic coordination between the two powers in the global geopolitical scenario.

The commitments made cover high-value sectors such as the supply and development of energy infrastructure, the exchange of innovation and the development of cutting-edge technology, and the optimization of logistics systems for the cross-border transport of goods.

This package of bilateral agreements seeks to protect the economies of Beijing and Moscow by diversifying their supply chains. The plan contemplates increasing the flow of Russian hydrocarbons to the Asian market and the joint development of connectivity projects that reduce dependence on traditional commercial channels.

With this step, the presidents of both nations ratify a common front aimed at building an economic block of great international weight, capable of resisting external pressures and of reconfiguring global financial balances.
