China installs the fourth session of the XIV National Committee of the CCPCC

Last Wednesday, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CCPPch), the highest political advisory body of the People's Republic, inaugurated its annual session in Beijing.

The event took place in the Great Palace of the People, and the president of the Asian giant, Xi Jinping, and other leaders, participated in the fourth session of the XIV National Committee of the CCPCH, where work reports were presented and reports on the management of the proposals submitted by political advisors since the last session of the National Committee, which took place in March 2025.

The Xinhua news agency highlighted that last year 5,992 proposals were received, of which 5,061 were accepted for processing. The response rate for accepted proposals was 99.9%.

The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference has been developing since 1949 as a “united front” organization that facilitates multiparty cooperation and consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
