CICPC arrested two men for motorcycle theft in Mariara (+Carabobo)

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and
Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) were able to arrest two
individuals dedicated to the theft of motorcycles in Mariara, Carabobo state.
According to information published on the Instagram account of the director general
of this police force, Douglas Rico, after investigative work carried out by
commissions of the
Mariara Municipal Delegation, belonging to the Coordination of Investigations Against Vehicle
Theft and Theft, the location and arrest of two individuals
who were engaged in the theft of motorcycles in the Guacara parish and municipality, state Carabobo, creating
anxiety in the community.
“The detainees were identified as: Tony Enrique Figueroa
Hernández (20) and, Erick José Perozo Mujica (19), whose modus
operandi was to travel the roads of Guacara, where carrying firearms and under death
threats, they subdue motorized vehicles by stripping them of their vehicles;
if the victims resist, they shoot at them and leave them badly
injured in the place, fleeing with the vehicles in order to market them to profit from their sale or from the parts and pieces of them,” said the
Director.
The incident occurred on Agustín
Codazi Avenue, Guacara parish and municipality, Carabobo state, where a firearm was also seized from them.
