CICPC arrests a couple for the murder of a three-year-old girl in Zulia (+mother and stepfather)

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) were able to clarify the infanticide of Dreilys Domínguez, which occurred in the municipality of San Francisco in the state of Zulia, and arrested two people responsible for the act.

According to information issued by the general director of this police force, Douglas Rico, “commissions of the San Francisco Municipal Delegation arrested Jissel Jerkin Domínguez Urdaneta (24) and Rafael Enrique González Barrueta (27), in the La Popular Urbanization, La Pastora Sector, Domitila Flores parish, San Francisco municipality, Zulia state, for being responsible for the death of the little girl Dreilys Jhoana Domínguez Urdaneta, 3 years old, Jissel's daughter.”

Rico explained that Domínguez Urdaneta went to the Doctor Manuel Noriega Trigo Hospital, <<with the little one in his arms and dead, informing the doctors that she “fell and didn't react”, so the doctors notified the authorities, since the little one was visibly abused >>.

In this regard, he explained that <<delving into the investigations, it became known that Jissel was jealous of his daughter, since Rafael constantly abused the girl, informing the female that he did not want to have intimate encounters with her, only with the little one (...) because of this, the woman, full of anger, beat the girl and burned her intimate area with a spoon, informing the girl's biological father that she had been a product of hot water>>.

After learning the reality of the events, the uniformed personnel arrested those responsible, who tried to flee. However, the escape was prevented and arrested.
