CICPC neutralized three alleged criminals who were plaguing El Valle

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and
Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) neutralized three suspected criminals in the El Valle parish
.
The information was released by the director of
this police force, Douglas Rico, through a post on his Instagram
account, in which he detailed that with the intention of “guaranteeing
the security and peace of the Venezuelan population, he succeeded in locating Carlos
Jesús Álvarez Ávila, alias El Smurf; Yurbin Rafael Angulo Espinoza; alias Ratatouille and José David Castro
Deomon, alias Wuayu, members of the
criminal gang The Smurf, who generated anxiety in the parish and other areas”.
Rico
explained that these antisocials operated in conjunction with the Cota 905 criminal gang, led by
Garbis Ochoa Ruiz, alias Galvis.
“During the investigation process , it was possible to determine that they intended to take back control of popular areas of Caracas and generate anxiety in the population with terrorist actions before and after the presidential elections of July 28, financed by opposition groups with violent tendencies,” wrote the director.
