February 4, 1992, was a great political victory for the Venezuelan people, despite the fact that many people try to point out these events as a defeat for the revolutionary movement, said the first female combatant, Cilia Flores.
“It was a great victory because, from that moment on, Chávez became a national story. From that moment on, the story was divided into before 4-F and after 4-F,” he said during his participation in the Maduro Podcast Episode #9.
In this regard, he pointed out that with the 4-F revolt, it was demonstrated that, at the time, there were many people who wanted political change in the country, but they couldn't do it because they were dispersed.
“It was time for us all to unite because there were a lot of differences between the groups while the extreme right, fascism, surnames did what they wanted with the people,” he said.
