Civil Protection monitors vulnerable area in Lara due to the arrival of rains

The regional director of Civil Protection and Disaster Management in Lara state, Luis Mujica, reported that during the morning of this Friday, May 23, there was heavy rainfall of varying intensity in parts of Lara state, some accompanied by electric shocks.
In this regard, the Government of Lara, in its account on the social network Instagram, specified that the State National Risk Management System, together with the Fire Departments, Civil Protection, Public Security Agencies, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the Integral Defense Operational Zone (ZODI) number 13 Lara, remain alert and vigilant with regard to the increases in flow of different pipes of the entity.
Mujica said that so far there have been no negative incidents, however, monitoring continues to be carried out in a vulnerable area in Rio Claro, Juárez parish.
He also announced that there may be heavy rainfall in the next few hours.
