Comunera de Apure Elia Pérez: The greatest weapon we have to defend our country is unity and high morals

The greatest weapon that the Venezuelan people have to defend our sovereignty and territorial integrity is the perfect unity of all the inhabitants of the country, said Elia Pérez, a member of the December 8 Commune of the Apure state.

“The first instance we have to defend our Homeland is high morale, that's why we're still standing. Today we are more than a world reference,” Pérez explained during his participation in the act of handing over patrols to the security forces of the Apure state.

In this regard, this spokeswoman for People's Power raised her voice to denounce the recent aggression of imperialism against our country and the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro.

On the other hand, he stressed that in Apure, the 181 Communal Self-Government Chambers remain active, in perfect fusion with the peace quadrants. “We must not abandon this organizational work of defending our territory,” he emphasized.
