This Thursday, November 27, the first female combatant of the Republic and member of the National Assembly (AN), Cilia Flores de Maduro, praised the conduct and struggle of the communities of the 23 de Enero parish, in Caracas, as a heroic area that defends the freedom of Venezuela.
In this regard, he assured that the inhabitants of the aforementioned community are committed to continuing to defend peace and to maintain the legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez in Venezuela.
“In this parish on January 23, we have seen full awareness and empowerment in the exercise of democracy, and in addition to that, they are also now defenders of the Bolivarian Revolution and of the Fatherland, guarding the legacy left by Commander Hugo Chávez,” he said.
This was expressed in the parish of January 23, in the Simón Bolívar Socialist Commune, where the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, led the presentation of advances in the Consolidation of the Municipal Government Route.
Flores said that this parish is a tourist route for compatriots and visitors, thanks to the popular organization.
