CORPOELEC adapted substations that optimize service for more than 200,000 Portuguese

As part of the actions promoted by the National Government to strengthen the electricity service, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) carried out preventive work in four substations in the Portuguese state.
According to a press release, with the materialization of these actions, the energy supply was optimized for more than 211 thousand users who reside in the municipalities of Araure, Páez, Guanare, Agua Blanca and Ospino.
The tasks contemplated in the National Plan for the Maintenance and Adaptation of Electrical Substations included the correction of hot spots, measurements, electrical tests, adjustments, lubrication of parts and general cleaning, ensuring greater reliability in the system.
These adjustments were carried out at the Guanare, Acarigua I, Ospino and San Rafael de Onota substations, directly impacting the performance of the Mesa Alta, Papelón, Corpoven, La Palma, Corina, La Tapa, Vencadores, Ospino, Hoja Blanca, Centro, Sur G, Guanaguanare, Inos-Airport, Hospital, Colonia and Agua Blanca circuits.
