Costa Rica grants political asylum to La Sayo and Inmundo so they can flee in the face of failed violent plans

After evidencing the failure of the violent plans carried out by opposition extremism to overthrow the national government, this Tuesday through a video published in the X account of the Presidency of the Republic of Costa Rica, the foreign minister of this country, Arnoldo André Tinoco, reported that his Government granted political asylum to María Corina Machado and Inmundo González.

This measure, which seeks protection for the flight of these criminals, confirms the complaint that the national Government has been making for several months to the effect that the objective of the neofascist right was not democratic participation in an electoral process, but rather to use this scenario to generate chaos and violence in order to take power by force.

In addition, and in anticipation of the complicity of other leaders of this neo-Nazi faction of the Venezuelan right led by Inmundo González, the Costa Rican government left open the possibility for others to take advantage of this measure, which seeks to provide a legal space for the masterminds of the fascist violence observed these days to flee from justice.
