CVG and the Ministry of Labor certify more than 730 workers in areas of productive training

In an effort to promote the training and development of the country's working class, the Venezuelan Corporation of Guiana (CVG) and the Ministry of Popular Power for the Social Process of Labor held the 7th Joint Graduation, this Wednesday in Caracas, Barquisimeto and the state of Bolivar.

In Bolívar, the central event took place at the SIDOR Theater, where more than 730 workers from companies supervised by the CVG, as well as from public institutions and the Mayor's Office of the Caroní municipality, were certified in various areas of knowledge and technical training.

The Executive Vice President of the CVG, M/G Santiago Infante Itriago; representing the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and the president of the institution, Héctor Silva; inaugurated the event with a speech in which he highlighted the importance of education as an engine of progress for the working class and the country.

“You are the example that with perseverance and dedication it is possible to build a better future for Venezuela. Each certificate awarded today represents a step forward on the path of development and empowerment of our working class,” he said.

On the spot, the following were delivered:

- 73 sixth grade certificates from Mission Robinson

- 35 high school degrees from the Ribas Mission.

- 61 ex officio certifications from INCES.

- 85 accreditations of knowledge and profession from COFAE.

- 20 certificates of productive experiences.

- 6 diplomas and technical courses.

- 458 certificates in management.
