CVG will guarantee the production of 33,000 tons of Bauxite during the first quarter of 2026

From the Caroní municipality, Puerto Ordaz, Bolívar state, the Executive Vice President of the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana (CVG), MG Santiago Infante, reported that “33,000 tons will be guaranteed for the first quarter of this year 2026, in order to advance the development of the 14 engines of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda.”

In a satellite contact with the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, MG Infante stressed that these tons add to the material already carried during the past year 2025; for this reason, he stressed that “we continue to make progress to respond to the development of the CVG, which remains on the fighting foot, on the production floor, because the CVG as a productive power always remains at the forefront of the manufacture of these products to guarantee sovereignty”.

In addition, he noted that this action will also add to the third engine of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda, referring to Non-Oil Exports, because with the production of basic industries it will be possible to bring primary aluminum to those CVG companies that are transformers.
