Delcy Rodríguez applauded the resistance of the People of Venezuela

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during her speech at the World Anti-Fascist Parliamentary Forum, reiterated the strength of the Peoples who are determined to be free from imperial domination.

In that regard, he recalled that the nation is a geostrategic objective for the United States government to control because of its energy reserves, so the heroic resistance of the People has much to recognize. “Brave people of Venezuela who have not knelt down and continue to give heroic lessons to the peoples of the world,” he said.

Rodríguez assured that “Venezuela continues to send a message of hope that we are not giving up here, nor how Palestine does not surrender, Saharawi is not surrendering, Nicaragua is not giving up, Cuba is not giving up, here we are raising the same flags of freedom, self-determination, sovereignty and defense of the will of the Peoples.”

Regarding Venezuela's entry into the BRICS, he said that the only country that opposed it was the “Washington trojan horse” (Brazil), “but we are part of the BRICS, as the president said, more than 200 years ago.”

Finally, he specified that the empire seeks to destroy the hemisphere's benchmark of freedom and sovereignty and that they use assassins for this purpose.
