Delcy Rodríguez: In the face of environmental colonialism, the answer is to Defend our planet!

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, called on the Global South to build a new model aimed at saving the planet.

“In the face of environmental colonialism, the answer is one: defend our planet. From the Global South, we have a duty to promote a new civilization model based on harmony with nature, equality and social justice,” Rodríguez said on his Telegram channel.

This Friday, the senior official of the Bolivarian Government participated in the World Congress in Defense of Mother Earth, which was held in Caracas, where she dismantled what she described as the “environmental colonialism” practiced by the industrialized nations of the Global North.
