Delcy Rodríguez: It is in the neighborhoods where true democracy is taking shape in Venezuela

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, extended her congratulations to the Venezuelan people for the great attendance at the fourth National Popular Consultation of 2025, in which more than 36,000 projects from community assemblies were reflected.

From the Teresa Carreño Theater, during the installation of the World Neighborhood Symposium, Rodríguez thanked the international observers who were present on election day, held this Sunday, November 23.

“I also want to greet the international guests who came as observers to this fourth Popular Consultation, 36 international guests who are joining us here today. Our recognition, our gratitude and I know that they return to their countries with great experiences that they return to their countries with the manifestation of what is a political, protagonist and participatory subject, such as the Venezuelan people, and that, without a doubt, today I say that it is in neighborhoods where true democracy is taking shape in Venezuela,” he said.

In this regard, he assured that in Venezuela a different model is being built, driven by Popular Power, in order to integrate the communal, productive and entrepreneurial economy for the development of the nation.
