Delcy Rodríguez reiterated the State's commitment to consolidating the happiness of the people

The Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during her speech at the High-Level Workshop of the Popular Government, reiterated the State 's commitment to consolidating the “happiness of the people”.

In this regard, he explained that the second transformation, of the seven proposed by President Nicolás Maduro, refers to access to services, and added that it has to do with the “human city” and that is why it is human cities, the conception of the city is not a conception of infrastructure. It is a concept of philosophy based on good living and a conception based on a spirituality; where human beings, where articulated families grow in communities and cities for the sake of living, not for suffering”.

With regard to the third transformation, he indicated that it refers to security, and it was born with the purpose of preserving peace, “we are a people of peace and this is a great qualitative characteristic of the Venezuelan people, it is in our kindness”.

“We are not a blackmailed people, we are a warrior people, but in defense of peace, if this people have demonstrated anything in recent decades; it is that we do not give up in the face of fascism or its neo-Nazi expressions or its message of hate or intolerance, and we have somehow managed to protect the people against what the dictatorship of technological imperialism means.”

Rodríguez pointed out that the third transformation is related to “ the defense of peace and has undoubtedly also involved the defense of territorial integrity, the construction of a powerful and powerful popular military police force to guarantee citizen security.”
