Delcy Rodríguez: The communal economy is the way to defeat the imperial blockade

The vice-president of the Executive of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, stressed that communal economic development will combat aggression and imperial blockade.
“This is the miraculous path that Venezuela has found to defeat the economic blockade through economic development in every community,” he said, during the installation of the World Neighborhood Symposium.
He highlighted the activation of the Community Development Plan of the Caracas-La Guaira axis, which is being worked on for milk production in that area.
“The communal economy is there to supply and we have demonstrated this through the communities of January 23, for example,” he said.
He stressed that Venezuela is on track to develop its prosperity.
