Delcy Rodríguez: Through participatory and proactive democracy, Venezuela is getting stronger

Venezuela, through participatory and proactive democracy, is strengthening and becoming indestructible to face threats against the country, said the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

“In Venezuela, we are becoming invulnerable against those who want to assault political power, the fascists and the bandit to hand over Venezuela's resources to the centers of hegemonic power,” he said during the installation ceremony of the global neighborhood symposium.

In this sense, the main point where democracy resides is in neighborhoods, because that is where the participatory and leading life of the people takes place.

“I do not hesitate to say that neighborhoods are today the main political subject of true democracy, of profound democracy, of leading democracy,” he emphasized while stressing that the State, guided by the 7 transformations promoted by President Nicolás Maduro, is there to accompany that political life.
