Delcy Rodríguez to the Bolivarian Games delegation: They carry the spirit of our liberators

After championing the delegation that will represent Venezuela at the Ayacucho 2024 Bicentennial Bolivarian Games, which will be held from November 28 to December 8 in Peru, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodrígue z, praised the spirit of the Liberator Simon Bolivar and the independence leaders, whose prowess is symbolized in this competition.

“You dear and dear athletes who leave for Peru tonight must understand that it is not just any spirit that you carry, it is the spirit of our liberators and our liberators who wielded their sword to bring freedom to other peoples and to win the glory and place that they have today in the universe as the greatest men and women.”

He stressed that the universal message of the liberators and liberators is “united in the search for an anti-hegemonic, anti-imperialist balance, it was our Father Simon Bolivar who was essentially anti-imperialist and he deeply believed in the values of the Republic, which should be virtue, morality, education and there sport, without a doubt, in a process of formation of what an integral human being should be”.

Rodríguez stressed that Venezuelan athletes, in each of the specialties, “are representing the construction of individual effort, of our own effort, of the effort as an attacked and blocked country that we do so that our athletes can have the greatest training, the best access to make our tricolor flag shine.”
