The Executive Vice President of
the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, thanked the President of Russia,
Vladimir Putin, for the unconditional support given to Venezuela for
joining the BRICS and assured that the nation, being part of this block, would make
great contributions in building a new world.
Through his Telegram channel,
Rodríguez highlighted that the nation has Bolivarian principles that
match those that inspire the BRICS bloc to build a
world free from the hegemony of any empire, while assuring that Venezuela,
with its immense energy reserves, will make a “great contribution” to the BRICS.
“Our country has profound historical doctrine whose values, inherited from Bolívar, match the principles that inspire this block for the construction of a multipolar world, free of hegemonism. With its immense energy reserves, Venezuela will make a great contribution to the BRICS in building a new international economic order!” , Rodriguez wrote.
