Deportivo Táchira secured its place in the Final of the FUTVE League 2025 Apertura Tournament

Deportivo Táchira defeated Carabobo FC 4-2 in the fourth round of the final home run of the 2025 Apertura Tournament of the Venezuelan Football League (FUTVE League) and won the first ticket to the final.
At the Misael Delgado stadium, Valencia, the winning goals were scored by Daniel Saggiomo at minute 13′, Bryan Castillo at 32′, Lucas Cano at 67′ and Carlos Calzadilla at 86′. The discount was made by Edson Alejandro Tortolero at 17′ penalty and Juan David Sánchez at 90+1′.
With these results, Táchira accumulated 12 points out of 12 possible and sealed his pass to the Final two days early in Quadrangular B.
Carabobo has 4 points, Puerto Cabello 3 and Metropolitanos 2 units.
In the other bracket, in the state of Bombonerita, Academia Puerto Cabello and Metropolitanos FC equaled 1-1. With so many of Dimas Meza at 51′ for the locals and Felipe Cifuentes at 75′ for the visit.
For its part, in Quadrangular A, Deportivo La Guaira lost the lead after falling by the minimum to UCV FC at the Olympic stadium in the capital city, with a final score by Juan Camilo Zapata at 79′.
Meanwhile, at the José Antonio Anzoátegui stadium in Puerto La Cruz, Anzoátegui FC and Portuguesa FC drew 1-1. Guillermo Marín scored for the visit at 66′ and Aitor López scored 90+5′ for the locals.
UCV leads the group with 9 points, followed by La Guaira with 6, Portuguesa and Anzoátegui with 3 points each.
