With an agenda that began on June 22 with the commemoration of the Bicentenary of the installation of the Panamanian Amphictyonic Congress and which will run until July 15, the deputies of the National Assembly (AN) will begin a national and international deployment to promote the Bolivarian ideology.
The second vice-president of the Parliament, deputy Grecia Colmenares, provided the information and explained that the unity agenda seeks to deepen the debate on Bolivarian thought, with the participation of academics, scientists, historians and youth sectors in the country.
He also highlighted the importance of keeping in force the project of Latin American union that Liberator Simon Bolivar spoke of. “200 years after that historic call, we join in the rescue of a project that is still more relevant today than ever; the union of our peoples is not a utopia, but a perennial need”.
“In order to promote the Bolivarian ideology, we will deploy, throughout the national territory, in a joint effort that will bring together experts and specialists from various areas,” said Colmenares.
Finally, he added that the institutional mobilization reflects the call for political union throughout the national territory, with the purpose of sharing the central ideas of Bolivarian sovereignty and history.
