Diosdado Cabello during the activation of ODDI Miranda: The country continues its activities in peace

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, led the activation of the Integral Defense Management Bodies (ODDI) in Miranda and reiterated that Venezuela continues its activities normally and calmly.

“Today is Wednesday and the country works. Companies are still operating, services are active and there is no shutdown in any state. Neither in Miranda nor in Caracas nor in any corner of the country. This is the prolonged active resistance that characterizes our people,” said Cabello from Petare.

He emphasized the importance of reviewing, activating and verifying each community militia unit as part of the territorial strengthening of the Bolivarian Revolutionary Force.

“The Bolivarian Militia and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces are an integral part of the defense of our country. They are joined by the police, the State's security agencies, but above all the people join,” he said.

Cabello emphasized that the mobilization of the ODDI responds to the need to ensure the functioning of essential services in the event of an emergency. “Today, for example, with the rain, there was a drop in light. We must be vigilant, check the places where services are provided, such as the Metro, hospitals, schools. That is our task: to be present in every sector that touches us today,” he said.
