Diosdado Cabello: Honor and Glory Forever to Carlos Escarrà

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that Carlos Escarrà was a great revolutionary lawyer, bold and courageous. “Honor and glory forever”.

During his program with El Mazo Dando, Cabello Rondón pointed out that Escarrà was the one who helped Commander Hugo Chávez and his person to materialize the idea of dismantling the Metropolitan Police.

He recalled that before they had the Metropolitan Police as their standard and that police force was the one that put the snipers to murder our people, “under the command of the cowardly rat Iván Simonovis and Alfredo Peña who was the mayor of Caracas.”

“These were difficult times and the decision had to be taken to dismantle the Metropolitan Police, I had 14,000 armed men in Caracas, the famous Pantaneros, supposedly you couldn't, I spoke to Escarrà and he told me that yes you could and could,” he said.
