Diosdado Cabello: I am sure that the People are with Maduro on the road to peace (+photos)

During his Con El Mazo Dando No. 554 program , the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured the support of the Venezuelan people for President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, in building peace.

“President, I am sure that the people of Venezuela are with you on the path of building peace,” he said, also highlighting the strengths of Venezuelans in the face of the psychological war of imperialism and sectors of the extreme right.

He said that the country has been subject to attacks all these years, “but in the last four months, it has been psychological terrorism against our people . Every day they invent a scabbard, but we are going to come out stronger as we have always been stronger.”

“They (the extreme rightists) get entangled in their own stories, but they throw it out and there are people who have been hit by psychological warfare, but this has already happened at the level of psychological terrorism,” he pointed out and stated that these sectors have taken their interpretations and lies to excessive levels.

In addition, he specified that with these actions these sectors of fascism are seeking to try to break the will to fight of this People . “In truth, they have failed (...) right now, sectors that had not lifted a finger in time have joined (...) are demonstrating inside and outside of Venezuela in defense of the Homeland,” he said.

The opposition stole CITGO

The also sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace ratified Venezuela 's rejection of the illegal sale of CITGO in the United States (USA), recalling that this Venezuelan asset was taken from the people by the extreme right, just as they did with the gold in England.

“No one in the opposition has spoken out about the illegitimate sale of CITGO (...) Nobody's going to say anything, they stole it from them. La Sayona (María Corina Machado), Juan Guaidó, Leopoldo López, Julio Borges, Antonio Ledezma , Carlos Vecchio and David Smolasky made it possible to have CITGO stolen from us,” he said.

He recalled when these sectors of opposition extremism spoke of “protecting CITGO” and what they did was to finish it off for more than less than a third of its price, just as they did in the Fourth Republic.

“Who gets that 5.9 billion dollars? Leopoldo Lopez ? I don't think they give him that much because he's a dog wash, they gave him a pittance compared to that figure... Who gets that money? None of them have said anything, they are only forbidden to say it,” he emphasized.

He stressed that these extremist sectors will be unable to recognize this crime, but that “someday they will have to come to Venezuela and we will be waiting for them.”

At the same time, he reiterated his recognition of the action of the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, for raising her voice in defense of those stolen assets that belong to Venezuelans.

Call between President Maduro and Trump came as a surprise to many people

Cabello highlighted how many opposition extremists were surprised by the call made by President Nicolás Maduro and his American counterpart, Donald Trump, so much so that all they had left was to start drawing their own conclusions and lies.

“With this story about the call, the President was very restrained, he didn't say anything for a long time (...) because well, the call came as a surprise to a lot of people, didn't he? Especially to sectors that said a call was impossible, and now they are experts in calls,” he said.

He pointed out that until a few years ago some “said: 'my president Trump doesn't, besides he doesn't recognize Nicolás Maduro as president, what is he going to call him? ' The call happened, and now everyone is an expert in knowing what they said, none of them were there, none of them have the slightest idea,” he said.

He specified that those who come out to say something about the call that both leaders held are part of their own war and fantasy. “Pure straw, that's what the stupid opposition lives on,” he said.

We are staying to fight against anyone!

Faced with the attacks and those calling for an invasion of the Homeland from outside, the revolutionary leader stressed that the revolutionaries and revolutionaries who are willing to defend it under any circumstance stayed here.

“Those of us who are here in Venezuela are staying to fight against whoever and whatever,” he said, noting that despite the intrigues that the sectors of the extreme right are trying to sow to try to divide, there is a force that remains united here.

He stressed that, in the face of the lies of these sectors, the revolutionary forces are healed in health. In turn, he emphasized that he described as “stupid” these fascist mercenaries who seek to try to divide the revolutionary forces, when he mentioned the invention that President Maduro would have gone to Brazil.

“The traitors left here a long time ago, there is hardly anyone left hiding out there (...) and the test that our people have passed right now, our institutions right now, is a high-impact test, we are healed, whatever you want and get entangled in your lies,” he said and reaffirmed that in the Revolution “we are united as brothers” .

This land is respected and we will respect it!

The Minister for Interior, Justice and Peace also emphasized that the Venezuelan land “is respected and those of us born here are going to make it respected, without insults, without arrogance, or arrogance, but with great dignity.”

“ I have said it several times already, I hope you understand. What they once said about our Caribbean Indians is going to come up short. They said that Caribbean Indians ate their enemies,” he said.

He also mentioned the request for authorization from the United States to the Bolivarian Government for the entry of North American airline flights into Venezuelan territory. “Fear is free, they threatened, but it's strange because today an American plane arrived (...) with all the shamelessness in the world they asked the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC), they asked for permission to fly over as it should be in our air territory. You have to ask for permission,” he stressed.

For this reason, he questioned the US announcement about the alleged air restriction on Venezuela, pointing out that since then in the country “101 thousand 813 people have been mobilized by air routes and 1 thousand 474 air operations have been carried out, and not only at the national level, one wonders: What are they doing that for? (...) they believe that they can intimidate this people. They (the imperialists) believe that the problem is Nicolás (Maduro); no, it's the People, who are determined to be free.”

He stressed that they have not understood that revolutionaries “have been crazy in love for this country for a long time” and are willing to defend it from anyone”. In turn, he reiterated that “this land is respected (...) we defend it with all the dignity that we have (...) It's very easy, with the story that they are big, that they have weapons, they are going to come and try to run us over. Ask the Spaniards how it went here,” he stressed.
