Diosdado Cabello on Juan Barreto: He has become a defender of fascism

“Juan Barreto has become a defender of fascism,” said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, on the night of this Wednesday, August 14, from his Con El Mazo Dando program.
After reading a post made on the social network X, about Barreto's actions in recent days by a member of the extremist right, he indicated that “that happens to traitors (...) they leave them indoors everywhere”.
“You have to see today's statements by Barreto who seems to be the lawyer defending fascism, in strange behavior, and the worst thing is that from the inside (the very ranks of fascism) they shoot and point at him, but he still says that if something happens to him it was me,” he said.
“They don't blame me,” he urged while stressing that “what I am is clear that I will defend; the Bolivarian Revolution whenever, wherever and however.”
He stressed that Juan Barreto “is now embracing fascism”, and reminded him that this was “what you supposedly fought before”.
