The first
vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV),
Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the bourgeoisie has never been interested in knowing how the people
live and that is why they stigmatize and attack collectives.
“There are some who call it
social movements, other fronts, but they are collective, because they are part of the
stigmatization and they have never, that bourgeoisie ever sat down at a table
to say: Where will that agent come from? Why do they call themselves collectives?
Why are they revolutionaries? Because the bourgeoisie has never been interested in how the people
live,” Cabello said during the Working Meeting with the
Revolutionary Force in Ezequiel Zamora Park in Caracas.
He also emphasized that the bourgeoisie has never
been interested in knowing how people organize themselves in neighborhoods and the
struggles they have to endure to achieve “what the people want in that place,
from security stability to social, economic stability,
companionship, solidarity that exists in the neighborhoods of Caracas.”
He pointed out that this ignorance about what is happening in the neighborhoods of Caracas on the part of the bourgeoisie is due to a class issue.
