Diosdado Cabello: The organization of the Communes is a matter that belongs to all Venezuelans

The First Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, supported the approach made by Commander Hugo Chávez that the Communes are an issue that concerns the entire State and the community.

“It is a matter that is not only the responsibility of the Ministry of the Communes, but it has to do with the State as a whole, whether it be called the governorate, the mayor's office or the national government, of the organized communities of the Youth, of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, of the security agencies, that is, of the People,” said Cabello.
