Diosdado Cabello to the cultors: “I prefer the love of the people to the applause of the hypocrites”

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, during his Con El Mazo Dando program on July 31, gave a boost to the artists and cultivators who joined the presidential campaign of Nicolás Maduro and criticized those who, without knowing Venezuela, are asking for sanctions against the people.

“You are here because you love this country and we thank you, from the bottom of my heart, and although I don't get involved in other people's things, I prefer the love of the people to the applause of hypocrites,” he stressed.

He added that many artists identified as opponents performed concerts in Venezuela after having participated in the show in Cucuta in 2019, prior to the attempted invasion of Colombia by fascists of the Venezuelan extreme right with the support of the continent's right, and that is not why he was persecuted or discriminated against when he returned.
