Diosdado Cabello: Today we must remain united and firm!

The
general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón,
called for the unity of the revolutionary forces, regarding the
moment the country is going through, following the military aggression of the United States that
resulted in the kidnapping of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and the first lady, Cilia Flores.
“Today we have
to stand united and firm. It was undoubtedly a hard blow, it was a hard blow of
sadness, anger, pain and frustration, but
no one can stop this people,” said Cabello during the Long March commemorating January 23, 1958, in
Caracas
He pointed out,
reminding Commander Hugo Chávez, that this is nothing for the people of
Venezuela. “Nothing and no one is going to stop us,” he said.
At the same time, he
recognized the Venezuelan singers who have always been in every
battle with their lyrics to accompany the people in the toughest moments.
