Diosdado Cabello: Yesterday the People triumphed against those who have sought to end internal peace

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, remarked that with the electoral process this Sunday the Venezuelan people won a resounding victory against those who have sought to disturb the country's peace.

“Yesterday, that people who have tirelessly sought internal peace triumphed (...). When yesterday we saw expressions in the streets of people coming out to vote in all the states of Venezuela, when we saw the beautiful images of the Warao indigenous people in the Delta Amacuro state in the rain, when we remember the People of Palo Alto, back in Táchira when the constituent; and that is our people, our people who are in search of tranquility, internal peace and there are those who have tried to minimize this great victory of this people”, he emphasized.

The Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also recalled that against this electoral process, the fascist extreme right tried to sow terror scenarios that were dismantled by the perfect popular-military-police fusion.
