Don't miss it! Cinema Concert in Caracas will commemorate the sixth anniversary of the Battle of the Bridges

Through the social network Instagram, the National Autonomous Center for Cinematography (CNAC) extended the invitation to the cinema concert that will take place this Saturday, February 22, starting at 5:20pm in the Plaza la Juventud de Bellas Artes, in Caracas, as part of the activities commemorating the sixth anniversary of the Battle of the Bridges.
During the event, they will screen the documentary “The Battle of the Bridges”, directed by renowned Venezuelan filmmaker Carlos Azpúrua. In addition, different musical and dance performances are also scheduled.
Participating artists include The New Dimension of San Agustín, the Shequeré Women's Group, the Herencia Mujer Tambor musical group and Manuel Barrios with his San Agustín Afrojazz.
In addition, the filmmaker Carlos Azpúrua, the writer Luis Britto García and the journalist Madeleine García will share reflections on the events and their experiences when filming the events that marked the contemporary history of Venezuela.
It is important to note that the 100% San Agustín Foundation, with the support of the CNAC, attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, has organized this event to honor the heroic response of the organized people, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the national authorities six years ago in the Battle of the Bridges.
